CURRENT ISSUES IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (PART II)
Part I of this article examined an article written by S.R. de Silva entitled "Elements of a Sound Industrial Relations System".

Many of the issues identified by de Silva as important are relevant to Malaysia including minimum wage; flexible/performance pay; cross cultural management; and dispute prevention.
