Sexual harrassment at the workplace is a sensitive issue which has an adverse effect on both the employer and employee. Many a time, the employee chooses to remain silent out of embarrassment and fear of losing his or her job. Likewise, the employer may be unsure as to how to tackle the problem once it is reported. In such an event, it is important to have access to good reference material to provide some guidance.
