EDITOR'S NOTE

Dear Readers,

We are pleased to introduce the first Labour Law Bulletin for the year 2010 which replaces the previous ILR Bulletin. The Labour Law Bulletin seeks to provide you with highlights of Awards from the Industrial Court together with a list of the latest reported Awards. It also serves to keep you informed of the latest articles, practical HR management tips, media information and legislation updates relevant to this industry. It is hoped that this information will provide you with useful insights into current labour and employment issues.

A Forum and Blog are both available in our website http://www.labourlawbox.com/ to enable you to discuss issues and problems faced with our panel of lawyers or express your views. We hope that you will take the opportunity to utilise these platforms to build a bridge between the different industries and organisations you represent.
