Q. What if I forget my password?
A. Use the “Trouble Logging In” option on the website to reset the password. Go to https://www.labourlawbox.com/subscription/resetaccount.aspx
   
Q. Is the password and user ID case sensitive?
A. The user name and password are case sensitive.
   
Q. Can I change my user ID?
A. The user ID may be changed. Please write in or email your request to enquiries@mylawbox.com.
   
Q. Can I access Labourlawbox.com overseas?
A. Access is available over the world wide web.
   
Q. What will happen if I forget to log out or leave my computer idle for a period of time?
A. When there is no activity for more than 20 minutes, the system will automatically log out the user’s session. As a security measure, the user will have to wait for 5 minutes before attempting to log in again. There are no restrictions on the number of attempts to log into the system.
   
Q. Do I need to update you if there are changes in my contact information?
A. It is advisable to inform us immediately of any changes in your contact information or mailing address. This will ensure that you receive all notices and invoices.
   
Q. Who do I contact should I have any queries?
A. Please call our Customer Service Executives at 03-42705400 or email enquiries@mylawbox.com It's a one-stop centre for all queries on your account including login details and payment.
   
Q. Does your online service have usage restrictions?
A. No. There are no time usage limit. However, all subscribers and users are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use for the website.

A. The data consists of the following:-

Q. I am unable to view the judgment page. What should I do?
A. Please check that the internet connection is active. An offline connection may prevent the page from being displayed. On some instances your browser’s settings may prevent pop-up windows from being displayed. Please disable the pop-up blocking option if that is the case.
   
Q. How do I begin searching?
A. To begin searching, please log into the site. Once you enter the subscriber’s menu click SEARCH under any one of the categories e.g. “Case” or “Legislation”. This takes you to the search form. Fill in at least one search column and click SEARCH. Tips on how to search may be found under “Search Tips” at the right column of the screen.
   
Q. How recent and updated is the content of the database?
A. The information in the database is updated on a weekly basis.
   
Q. Is the information available similar to what’s available in the printed journals?
A. Yes, the information is similar. However, as an added bonus information that is available online includes unreported judgments.
   
Q. Are your cases downloadable in PDF format?
A. Yes, all of our cases may be downloaded in PDF format.
   
Q. When I print the PDF version, the print-out is not the same as the displayed version?
A. When printing a PDF file please use the PDF printing option and not the browser’s printing option. The PDF option is displayed on the upper left hand corner of the page.
   
Q. When I download a case from your website, does it come out exactly as it does in the printed journal?
A. When you click on a case you have searched, the text you see on your screen will not appear exactly as it appears in the printed journal. However the PDF version would enable you to extract a document that closely resembles the printed version.

Q. How secure is your website?
A. We have taken all necessary steps to keep the website secured at all times. We continuously invest in the right technology that keeps your personal login details and data secure.
   
Q. How do I obtain my password?
A. To obtain your password, please do the following:
Go to https://www.labourlawbox.com/subscription/resetaccount.aspx and enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click continue. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at the time of registration. For security reasons please change your temporary password once you log into the account.
   
Q. What precautions can I take to protect my password?
A. Change the password frequently. A strong password should consist of at least 8 characters and include a combination of numbers and alphabets.

A. There are no additional charges for conducting searches.
Your subscription fee is inclusive of all searches made on the database.
   
Q. Are there any restriction on eligibility to subscribe?
A. There are no restrictions on subscription eligibility. The service is open for all to subscribe.
   
Q. Do you have a monthly subscription service?
A. We do not have a monthly subscription service at present.
